Changes to IDP for 4.42

The following changes have been made to the IDP module for 4.42:

• A review due column has been added to identify reviews that are nearing their review date. A new institution setting, Number of days - IDP Review Warning, has been added to control when the warning is shown, the default is 30 days before the review is due.

• Role permissions have been updated to the following

  Tutor: View an IDP one page profile

  IDP staff role:

  • View any IDP

  • Edit an IDP they are assigned to

    • Create an IDP

  • Search for learners

  IDP Admin:

  • View any IDP

  • Edit any IDP

  • Create an IDP

  • Import an IDP

  • Export an IDP

  • Add assigned links

  • Search for learners

  IDP Admin

• For users with the IDP Admin role, a toggle has been added to home page. This makes it easy to filter the view to only show they IDPs that the user is assigned to.

• It is no longer possible to export and IDP if mandatory fields are missing. This means no incomplete IDPs can be exported.

  

• An Institution Setting, Report ID for IDP Report, has been added. Completing this setting will activate a share option in the IDP menu. Selecting this option will run a report containing the IDP which can then be printed.

  IDP Tutor

• Charts have been added to the IDP page to make it easier to see the status of IDPs.

  

  Parent Hub

• Details of a learners IDP can now be viewed through Parent Hub.
